This website is operated by a non-profit association. The protection of personal data is a high priority. Only data that is technically required or voluntarily provided is processed.

This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no external fonts and no third-party content. There is no contact form.

No personal data is actively collected through input on this website.

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technically required access data (server log files). This includes in particular: IP address, date and time of access, the page/file requested, browser type and operating system.

This processing takes place for the technical provision of the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. Server log files are stored for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (e.g. email address, content of the message) is processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). Where the enquiry relates to a contractual or statutory relationship, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR may additionally apply.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Email hosting is provided on servers of IONOS SE under the existing hosting contract.

5. Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights towards us: the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
